Jasmine's Therapeutic Approach
"A prudent question is one half of wisdom."
Francis Bacon

Jasmine structures her sessions around asking intentional questions designed to deepen clients' thinking, reflection, and self-understanding. She believes that the answers that emerge from within hold far more significance than advice given externally. These purposeful questions empower clients to explore new perspectives and uncover unique, personalized insights that align with their authentic selves.
Jasmine works closely with her clients to explore new perspectives and possibilities together. She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, valuing their feedback and insights as essential to the process. In turn, Jasmine brings her therapeutic expertise, creating a synergy where both perspectives combine to shape a personalized path forward—one that truly resonates with each client.
Acceptance doesn’t mean giving up—it means coming to terms with the challenges we cannot control, like unsolvable problems or the inability to change others’ opinions. Jasmine approaches these difficult areas with curiosity, gently exploring the thoughts and situations clients find hard to accept. She meets each client exactly where they are, providing support and understanding as they navigate their journey toward peace and self-compassion
